Summary:  Ryan gets another stomach bug while in London.  At least, he thought it was a stomach bug
Disclaimer:  I own nothing.  This is fiction
Rating:  PG-13
Pairings:  Michael/Ryan, Ian/Ryan, Michael/Various
Warnings:  Language, mentions of an abusive relationship, mpreg

Mpreg is a common thing in my stories.  Here, two in five men are born with what I call the Carrier Gene, making them carriers.  These men are capable of having children, which is delivered via c-section.  Due to this, homophobia is rare.

Prologue

Ryan groaned from his place over the toilet.  God, he felt like crap.  He thought England was safe.  It wasn't like China were you couldn't use the tap water.  You could use the tap water here, right?  No one else was sick.  It was always Ryan.  He heard Gregg sigh.

"Why do you always get sick?"

"Like I want to be sick?"

"Of course not.  Here, drink some of this water.  We don't want you getting dehydrated."

He took a gulp of water and rested his head on the toilet seat.

"But I haven't eaten anything that the other guys on the team haven't.  And I drink mostly bottled water."

"I know Ryan.  Look, I have to ask you a.....personal question."

Ryan nodded and settled himself against the wall.

"Have you had sex in the past six weeks....with another man?"

Well, Gregg never thought he'd see the day, Ryan Steven Lochte struck dumb.

"Why are you asking that?"

"Look Ryan.  I know your body, you know your body.  When was the last time you were this sick without eating or drinking anything that could effect you this way?"

"After Athens."

The young man went pale.  No way could this be happening again.  He was so careful.  He always made sure to have a condom and just to be sure he always took the male contraceptive pill.  He couldn't be pregnant, not again.  He swore never again,  not after last time.  He heard the coach leave the room and root around in his bag.

"Here, I asked our medical team to bring some of these with us, just in case.  Use it.  I'll wait in the living area."

Gregg left the bathroom, closing the door behind him.  Ryan was left alone.  Taking a deep breath, he took the pregnancy test out of the box and followed the instructions.  They were the longest two minutes of his life.  He picked up the test in a trembling hand.

"Ryan, you okay?  What's going on?"

He wiped the tears from his eyes and opened the door, looking into the concerned eyes of his coach.

"It's positive.  I'm pregnant."
