Summary: Miranda and Blake talk and Ryan begins his wooing of Adam.

"We need to talk."
Blake groaned. He knew that whenever a woman said those words, nothing good was coming. He put down his guitar and sat up in the chair.
"Sure thing. What's wrong?"
His wife sat down beside him.
"I was just about to ask you the same thing."
"What do you mean?"
"Blake, do you love me?"
Blake was stunned. Where had that come from? Sure, he knew that over the past while he'd been distracted by Adam and his bombshell, but of course he loved his wife.
"Yes I love you! Where the hell is this coming from?"
"We've been married for three months. In that time, you spend all your time in your studio or googling Adam. The second we finish having sex, you turn your back to me and go to sleep. I want you to look me in the eyes and tell me that you love me and getting married to me was the greatest thing you've ever done in your life."
Blake looked into Miranda's eyes and realized she was right. Miranda smiled sadly at her husband.
"I thought so. Oh Blake, I should have known something like this would happen. After you met Adam, our relationship changed. And then you slept with him..."
"Wait, what? How do you know I slept with him?"
"Brad told me. I didn't say anything because I thought you'd come clean, but you never did. That was when I knew Blake, you don't love me, not really, not enough for our marriage to work."
"You're right. So what do we do now?"

Adam smiled as Ryan placed his dinner in front of him. Lately, Ryan had been helping out a lot. He was taking Adam shopping, cooking him meals, buying him things. It was almost like Ryan was.....wooing him? God, Ryan was wooing him!
"Ryan, quick question."
"What?"
"Are you.....interested in me?"
"Of course I am. You're my best friend."
"Ryan, come on you know that's not what I meant."
The drummer took a deep breath and grabbed Adam's hand.
"Adam, I really like you. I've had crush on you for years. But you were always with someone and then you met Blake. I knew that I never stood a chance. You love him. But he's married now. So I'm hoping you'll at least give me a chance. Please?"
Should he? Ryan had been a great friend over the years and he'd been invaluable over the past couple of weeks. And Blake was never going to leave Miranda for him.
"Okay Ryan. We'll give it a go."
