Going to get back into writing at least once a week. Especially now, I have so many things going on in my head, I need to put them somewhere and sort it all out.
Changes that start now:
Disable facebook account.
Vitamins every day.
Stick to raw foods.
No alcohol for one month.
Exercise at least 4 times a week.
Learn to love myself.

are you still going to crunch? i haven't signed up (still) but feel the need to try to get back in the groove of working out after a summer of not doing so.

and yeah, i'm still going to crunch. the last couple days i've been getting there right when they open at 5a cuz there is absolutely no other time for me to go during the middle of the week. i feel like i'm back on crew getting up when it's still dark. anywho, YES! join crunch. i looove it.
