I'm torn about your poll but I voted to keep it the way it is because this has been youuuuuu for like forever. altho making it into a comm also seems like a good idea. it also makes posting easier, I suppose. what reason do you have for making the change?

WELL about this whole journal vs. community thing... someone mentioned on iconsecrets that they never friend icon journals because they're afraid that they'll go through their personal entries and such. I obviously don't do that, but we got into a discussion about whether it would be better to have a community rather than just post to a journal. I couldn't really see the benefits of it at first because honestly, it HAS been like this for almost 8 years! I never got on the community bandwagon. So I decided to pose the question to everyone who actually follows me and see what they think!

oh. that's why. I always filtered my posts so that iconjournals I friended won't be able to see my personal posts. I thought people knew to do that?:P but in regards to convenience then I would go for getting a community. (in your case just making this place into one. ;P) it's kinda weird talking about this tho since a lot of times I read about people leaving LJ. and here you are planting yourself deeper... albeit 8 years too late but still!:p

These are amazing! I love how crisp and clean they are, the different crops. 1, 6, 7, 15 and 19 are my favorites. I really want to rewatch this show now for reasons involving Damien Lewis's face.

Mmmm, Damian. These are brilliant- your cropping is stunning, but some of your subtle textured icons are my favorite. 4, 9, and 14 are my favorites! These are all gorgeous though!

Awww, I used to watch this show in its first season! I don't know why I never finished S2. You handle shadows magnificently, my dear. I love the darkness in 6, 7, 9, and 17 most of all, but everything here is so simple and direct and beautiful!
