For spring rolls to be "pretty" you have to put a lot less filling in them, making them kind of small. Then wrap them as tight as you can without ripping the wrapper.
But they're yummy no matter how lopsided! The other day I thought "I haven't made spring rolls in ages!" and picked up some wrappers. Maybe that's dinner tomorrow!
Me too. We say a Food Network show about something called "Shagbark Syrup" that is made by some farmer in Indiana, ordered it and LOVE LOVE LOVE it on our french toast.

I think the wraps look pretty good. I haven't done wraps in forever, but I've got some green onions and red peppers in the fridge, so maybe this week.
