I often wake up at 4 am feeling a little burst of energy. In the summer, I got into the habit of actually getting up for an hour or so before dozing off again until morning. I like making new years resolutions. I think that a big part of that is because I like outlasting all you poor shumucks who crowd the gym in January and February and then disappear.
