♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ - (Really Like) Mac likes you a lot, probably best friends status. He might go to you alot for advice or just a plain good time.
♥ ♥ ♥ - (Like) Mac likes you. He might not know a lot about you, but he thinks you're a good person. In general, you're in pretty good graces. Friend status.
♥ ♥ - (Okay/Don't know too much) Mac doesn't know you very well. You probably only met a couple of times. If not that, it's still probably not that he doesn't like you; you're most likely considered an acquaintance.
♥ - (Dislike) Mac hates you...Wow, you must be a really big jerk for him to feel this way. Or a bully. He would rather not be around you.

Mac adores Lash for who she is, fun and insanely amazing. He almost thinks of her as a sister of some sort and would most certainly be there for her any way he could. He's very trusting of her too; well, like everyone else. It was weird when she said that one time when she could've had a crush on him, but didn't pursue it further just in case she was really just drunk.

Pit is very special to Mac; like a little brother. He enjoys doing anything and everything with him and he feels like he could really go to him for comfort. Probably one the sweetest persons he knows.

For real, if Mac ever had an older brother, he would want him to be just like Max. He doesn't even care that people say he looks like a tiny version of him. Mac just thinks that's a compliment because he looks up to the guy so much.

Falcon has proven to be a huge role model to Mac. He thinks of him as a very cool person. Not only was he a blast to spar with, he had even helped a great deal when he had his very first heartbreak issue when Mac basically told him all of his feelings, and maybe not in a way that's considered well handled. He feels like Falcon would give good advice whenever Mac needed it. And Falcon makes an excellent coach.

After over a year of liking her, and after horrible Valentine's Day shenanigans involving rocket bikes and kidnappings, Daisy and Mac went to go see if they could give dating a shot. Mac still knows nothing about how to exactly be the best boyfriend but he will try his damned hardest to make Daisy happy and comfortable about her decision. He's ready for challenges along the way, but not knowing what could possibly happen.

Mac really respects Erika. Like, a lot. He thinks she is an incredibly sweet person and thinks very highly of her.

Cyrus really freaks Mac out. Something about him rubs Mac the wrong way. Cyrus is snarky, all-important, and just overall jerkish. Plus, he's nasty to all the other students. He will be wary of him; he doesn't know if he's really dangerous yet. They strangely sometimes agree on things, but this is rare.

Their relationship got off to a rocky start when she got drunk but everything is all clear and he feels like they're decently close as friends. They need to have a punching things day.

But he really doesn't blame him for the attacks now that he finally knows it was him from Bulba. He's not attacking anyone anymore, right? He'll believe it.

It's funny how a few conversations can lead to a lot of respect for someone. Especially if you're someone as sociable as Mac. Raiden's a pretty good pal. He also drives a cool car and is awesome at video games.
After METAL GEARS, Mac had possibly gotten to know a lot more about Raiden and what he's been through and wants to be there for his buddy to help get him out of the ruts. He respects him even more than he did before.

Mac doesn't know how to feel about Brock for what he's done between him and Daisy. He seemed to really have no clue, right? But that doesn't mean he totally has forgiven him. It got into a huge mess. He wants to believe he didn't do it on purpose because Erika said so but he can't seem to stop feeling a little bit of betrayal from him. He doesn't hate him though yet.

Mac thinks Samus is a really cool lady and a respectable fighter. She's really someone he could really respect. He also feels like he could go to her for advice. She encouraged him to try other styles of fighting, now he's determined to live up that advice.

Mac and Blacky had interacted a little when she was an Umbreon. He was beginning to really get to know and like her...and then she died, Mac was greatly saddened. Now as a Ghost Pokemon, returning must be hard but a gift that shouldn't go to waste, that's how Mac thought. He's hoping to use the new time to be of some comforting company and finally be close friends with her.

N is probably one of the sweetest, most sincere trainers he's met. Heck, Mac even thinks that goes beyond a trainer, but as a person overall . N doesn't judge Mac for his career, despite his high pacifist nature. They haven't known each other for long, but there seems to be something very special going on. Once you spill life stories, you understand one another and respect each other. Honestly, if Mac ever saw N's Dad, he'd punch him hard in his face. A lot. N seems out of touch with the real world, Mac would be willing to be of help whenever he needed him. He doesn't want to speak for N, but he feels like N is becoming sort of like a brother.
Balloon Fighter ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
BF is another one of those "practically brother" types. Since he was last at the Academy, he seemed to have gotten a lot of experience. Mac missed him way too much in any case. Mac's glad he came back to the school. Maybe now BF can really enjoy himself and be comfortable, that's what Mac really hopes. He'll be there for him always anyway.

Mac finds Mei Ling to be a genius. Both in her knowledge and in her way of speaking and spouting of proverbs. Yes, Mac can appreciate that stuff. He can believe in the stuff she says.
