These are my first attempts at making dolls with old panty hose (I hope I washed them first! - can't remember....). I was approximately 12 or 14ish - I made Star Trek people for my Mom.

Glad you enjoyed it! They live in my Mom's house but I'm sure I'll inherit them later. I also made a Mad Max doll - had this thing for Mel - who didn't? But I think I threw him out, sniff-sniff.

Hahahahaha...I loved Mad Max, too! It was so different when it first came out in the 80s. So stunningly depressing and real. Mel Gibson - seriously, what happened to him???? He was so wonderful to watch; and then he just became a mockery of himself with all of that tabloid stuff. Like Tom Cruise. Argh. I loved watching their movies back in the day until they just went crazy and now I can't watch their stuff without thinking of all the crazy things that they did. Thank you stupid tabloids, I really did like not knowing! Haha...*sighs*
