I like the phrasing of this question

"I stubbed my toe and it tore off half of the toenail and is pouring blood. What can I do to make it feel better? Should I stand outside in the snow barefoot and see if it helps?"

This is one of those times when I really don't want to be at work. I don't think we have a first aid kit...

edit: Actually we do. Well good for us.

Another good one Sarah later pulled up from another medical-question website...

"Problem" read something like this: "I'm in Mexico, and I stubbed my toe against a concrete step and there's a ton of blood underneath the toenail..."

"Details" read something like this: "I was on my way to a taco stand."
