I just found out that when I met my brother's girlfriend for the first time, I used so many big words that she went home and felt stupid.

And I think my vocabulary is limited.

i got a nasty note from a supervisor once because he did not understand the sentence "trustee X cast the sole assenting vote."

and i work for a newspaper.
