sooo, my store has mice. not just a mouse, but mice. we're finding nibbled food, corners full o' droppings, and see the rascals scampering about. because i run a food service establishment, i must call my facillities contact center, and they send an exterminator, who lays out traps

This is the same girl I know who had a major guilt trip about washing a moth down the sink.... And this is one of the many reasons I love you. You feel bad for the poor plague toting mice. And that makes you awesome.

You can use humane mouse traps like the one above. Don't release it near your building though or they will just come back in.

Firstly, however, to remove mice you must remove thier source of food. If you mouse-proof your goods they will go away naturally since the source of food is gone. If not they will keep coming traps or no traps.
