No, it didn't hurt me at all. I thought he was a regular person at first, but he just stared at me and swayed around a little while I was trying to say sorry! I didn't find out until later..

It's unsettling that there are corpses wandering the city but...

Well, they must have some purpose. They're not new people, they don't have the comm devices, and they're not regular monsters either.
