It's the most likely option that she was killed because of it. However, the fact that they're using her corpse to continue with the 'game' has me wondering.

If they killed her to stop her, why continue? And if she wasn't the one who started this, why make it seem like she was?

What would she get out of telling us? Nothing, really. But the others? Why, a show, obviously! Make it seem she is still alive and well to hide the real culprit. Or it's really all for shits and giggles while none of the locations are real at all.

I just doesn't make sense. The things they throw at us as 'gifts'...and the stuff they do to each other. Why they bother bringing people back from the dead, if they can always bring new people in...why they need us to use the communicators every two weeks or so...

Maybe they are just crazy.
