Try South Sound Mobile Vet Services- (360)-786-6536. Places like that usually have a huge discount program. Barring that, I'd take her to a no-kill shelter. They'll care for her and find her a home.

Poor kitty. Seconded on trying to find a no-kill shelter or a rescue. You could also surrender her to an emergency vet in the area, though they might decide to euthanize her if whatever's ailing her is too difficult to fix.
