not for so long: Pop goes the weasel, or so Harry likes to think; he always thinks like that when he apperate's anywhere -- such a tickling feeling for him. However, now, he was parched in front of the Malfoy residence -- but this time he did not knock, only glancing in the window, he looked hopefully for Lucius to just wander by or something.
swirled violets: Lucius, however, was not inside the Manor. His boots crunched the white gravel strewn through the paths of the gardens as he moved around to the front where Harry was waiting. He was elegant as usual, but there was a certain wildness to him after being outside; he smelt distinctly of October - spices, dead leaves, cold wind, magic. "Been waiting long?" he asks.
not for so long: Harry's right eyebrow lifted, and he swiftly turned around, offering the other a warm smile before shaking his ehad. "Just got here actually, glad you invited me." Harry paused, and gave a little laugh before stepping away from the door, just incase the other actually wnated to go in.
swirled violets: "Would you like to come in, or would you rather stay out and enjoy the weather?" Lucius asked, his tone and manner mild, though the slight windswept look to his hair made him look less controlled than usual.
not for so long: "It's up to you," Harry replied, moving to stand beside the other, reaching his arms up to wrap gently about his neck as if tying a bow. He pressed against the other gently, murmuring "Thanks again," before fulling away slowly, thought a little flushed. "Maybe we can go inside and sit, or something?"
swirled violets: Lucius shrugged, as if there had been no embrace, totally unruffled. "If that is what you prefer," he said, unlocking the door to sweep inside, standing to the side to let Harry enter.
not for so long: Harry entered the house that he was far too used to, wiping off his feet on the floormat once he entered. He gave a soft sigh, glancing upwards at Lucius. "Were you busy? I'm sorry I didn't ask before I came," Harry said apologetically, eyes cast downwards, worried he'd have to leave.
swirled violets: "I was busy, but not anymore," Lucius said, not bothering to do anything about his boots, which seemed to be packed with forest loam. He motioned Harry forward to a sitting room. "It's no trouble."
not for so long: Harry took a seat in his usual space on the loveseat, which was caddycorner to the couch. He gave Lucius a small smile, removing his jacket and placing it next to him. "I actually came over with a question, if you don't mind," However, Harry didn't wait for a reposnd to ask, "What is really your stance of me?"
swirled violets: "My stance?" Lucius asked, raising a thin eyebrow.
not for so long: "I want to know, what you really think of me -- as a person, not your son's boyfriend; or as your leader's archenemy -- just as a person." Harry stated simply.
swirled violets: "And why should I tell you that?" Lucius asked, sounding almost amused at the request.
not for so long: "Because," Harry blinked -- well, he really didn't have a reason, and so he scrunched up his face some. "Please?"
swirled violets: "Harry," Lucius said, calmly, "I am afraid I will not do that, for quite some time."
not for so long: Harry frowned, and nodded, however, he didn't want that to be the end of their conversation. "I understand," Harry replied, watching Lucius tiredly. "But you do, though I shouldn't hold you to promises, think, maybe, one day you can actually tell me?"
swirled violets: "Maybe," Lucius said with a smooth shrug. "One should never indulge in the pleasure of letting out one's thoughts; nobody wise, at any rate. Too risky."
not for so long: Harry took the maybe as the best answer he was going to get and gave Lucius a grin across his lips. "I can see where you're coming from," Harry replied, showing the other he understood completely -- or was trying to, in the least. "I kinda asked you that for a reason, but I'll try to explain without an answer -- and no, it's not to do something stupid." Harry blushed feverishly and hid his face, "Dray asked about.. having someone else.. for a fling. Regulus, or whoever his name is."
swirled violets: "What about Regulus?" Lucius asked, looking a little amused at the mention of his cousin.
not for so long: "Draco wants me to fuck him why Draco fucks me." Harry stated flatly, blinking behind his glasses.
swirled violets: "So how is that my problem?" Lucius asked mildly. He'd had enough of sex, thank you, what with people pursuing him left and right.
not for so long: "Draco wants to do it on your bed."
swirled violets: "Tell him no," Lucius said simply.
not for so long: Harry frowned and nodded, deciding to get homey as he slipped off of his shoes before leaning back onto the couch lazily. "He also wants to know if we could spend Thanksgiving weekend here."
swirled violets: "I don't see why not," Lucius allowed, coolly, "providing you don't act too unseemly in my presence."
not for so long: Harry smiled and nodded, closing his eyes some before giving a little yawn. "I missed hanging out here, you know."
swirled violets: "Really," Lucius said, making no move to actually contribute to the covnersation in any substantial way.
not for so long: "Yeah, our late night chats and all," Harry smiled meaningfully, eyes glancing at the other for a moment. "I remember that time, still, you punched me in the jaw. Taught me a lesson though."
swirled violets: "I thought that would leave an impression on you," Lucius said, a little bit of a smile curving his lips upward.
not for so long: "Taught me never to piss you off." Harry smiled evilly, letting his bangs flick across his forehead. "I want to sometimes, for laughs, but I won't. Too much love for you."
swirled violets: "Or little love for pain," Lucius pointed out cynically.
not for so long: Harry nodded, scratching his forehead for a moment. "Either or, but I take the latetr." Harry laughed polietly, stretching his arms out a bit. "Draco says your tactics never change."
swirled violets: "That is because he has never seen me work," Lucius said cryptically. And he simply had no intention of that changing anytime soon. "He speaks in ignorance."
not for so long: "Found the perfect match then," Harry replied, pushing a pillow behind his head, just one of those made for decoration of the couch, and curled on his side. "Draco said I was supposed to have quality time with you before I came home, so, wake me up in the morning."
swirled violets: "Very well," Lucius said, before his habitual hosting habits kicked in and he added, "are you sure you wouldn't prefer a guestroom?"
not for so long: "How about your room?" Harry smirked, sticking his tongue out at the other.
swirled violets: "My room is reserved for only me, I'm afraid," Lucius said silkily, "or, rarely, a companion of my choice, and I am afraid you are not of the chosen."
not for so long: Harry ahd a look of a heartbroken child across his face, bottom lip quivering, "Not even on the floor?"
swirled violets: "Not even the floor," Lucius said.
not for so long: "By the door?" Harry asked faintly, sitting up and looking at the other worriedly.
swirled violets: "No." Lucius said. "Stop asking."
not for so long: Harry decided to get tough, quickly standing up, holding onto his pillow with his left hand and using his right to grab Lucius's wrist, holding on. "By the door, then."
swirled violets: Lucius fought instinct - instinct that said he should twist his wrist, and do any manner of combination of kicks to send his opponent sprawling to the ground - and instead said, "Couch or guestroom, Potter?"
not for so long: "Oh, pish posh, fine," Harry bickered, rolling his eeys and leaning up to wrap his arms around the others neck as before. "I get a goodnight hug then."
swirled violets: Lucius methodically put his arms around Harry to keep the boy close as he leaned down and murmured into Harry's ear, "You must keep in mind, Potter, that you should not presume to order me in my own house in the future," before letting go.
not for so long: "I know." Harry replied just before he puleld away, turning around and moving to make his place on the couch, head pushed against his pillow, and his jacket formed into a blanket, covering just his legs. "Night sir,"Harry whispered.
swirled violets: "Goodnight, Harry," Lucius said, moving out of the sitting room. The slam of the front door proclaimed that, once again, he had gone outside - apparently not worrying at all that Harry might get up to some trouble while Lucius was out.
