Complain, because there's no reason for them to show you that amount of disrespect, ask to speak with a supervisor and usually they will log your call and the person who was rude to you will get in trouble for being an asshole.
That, or let me at them... they won't ever be rude to you again with their feet shoved down their throats! : )
