If he talks to you and seems like he has nothing to say, you should try to start conversation with him. I think he feels uncomfortable talking to you because he doesnt know you, but if you start talking to him it will make him feel less uncomfortable and then he will probably start to act normal.He probably doesnt really know what to say because he doesnt know what you like... but I think you'd be good at starting conversation... like when he asks you how your weekend was and you tell him...then ask him what he did and stuff. It sucks that he keeps following you around though, but if you're having a conversation, you can also end it and he should take a hint. Such as, well thats cool! I gotta go to my class now, have a good day! ...then he'll feel like he can't follow you because you just said have a good day. Or something of that matter! You can try it if you want... thats just all that I came up with to help out your situation. :-D

when stuff like that happens to me and I dont have anything to say to the person I always just kinda ignore them. But most the time guys are kinda stupid and dont get the hint you dont want them around you. And like you I'd feel too bad about how they might feel...
sooo what I say is to keep ignoring him. And to do the whole thing where you act like a bitch to him, but pretend like your faking it.. you know what I mean?
And having Kat tell him you are with a guy always works good.. do that too.
