It's been a roller coaster week. Started out Monday with me finding out that Mark, our dimensional lab tech, passed away suddenly on Sunday. I was in shock. He's only 48, went to Medina with his soccer team and family, won the championship and collapsed on the way to the awards ceremony. God. He was such a great guy. I got up early today and started working on the lawn. Between Dave and I and the two tractors, we finished before noon. I pruned 3 trees and 6 HUGE shrubs. I also cleaned the pool, back washed the filter, moved the trampoline, did 4 loads of laundry (& hung them on the line), fixed lunch, raked the backyard and now I'm sitting here on the patio ( Read more... )

It's been a good Mother's Day...as Mother's Day goes.
