Um yeah so its seems to be a lot more strict than NB Toledo but they usually start people out at $7.00 and hour plus 1% commission but their starting me at $8.00. They said with the commission it would be like $9 to $10 an hour plus you can make an extra buck here and there by selling certain items. i keep telling you work at the clinque counter at marshall fields then, not only do you get your discount at both of those places you also get free make-up (which couldn't hurt you...jk haha) and a discount at target
