Grill-tastic!

So I bought a charcoal grill on Saturday and assembled it. It's a fairly large grill.
It had been a long time since I cooked on charcoal, so last night's test drive had me a little apprehensive.
But it went well. My steak came out a bit more medium rare than rare, but it was damn tasty.
Yep, very pleased.

Takes a little time figuring out the grill, amount of charcoal and how long to get it started, and the time on each side.

But... YUM!
