so besides the complete fucking bullshit of the whole roommate situation i actually had a nice weekend. d and i spent a leisurely morning together on saturday. after he went to work i went for a hardcore run, on the way back from which i randomly ran into devon and thom. i was happy to see them least of all to have some third party verification ( Read more... )

really? they didn't have deformed babies/fetuses/embryos here. in fact i thought that part of the exhibit made an effort to stress the "humanity" of the fetii in a way.

weird. this was body worlds 2 so maybe it was the bad sequel version. i would have liked to have seen deformed babies and more freaky stuff.

took me like an hour of googling to find out what hydroencephalitic meant. people were using it everywhere but as sort of nerdy, hipster slang or something. like "george bush is hydroencephalitic flea" and the such.

finally i figured out the water on the brain thing and short story long, yeah, that does sound very disturbing. nothing like that, unfortunately (?), at this show.
