david interacted with john hodgman at the co-op a few days ago. he (john hodgman) apparently lives in one of the hill towns and came into the market where dave works and came through his line. he (john hodgman) asked if they take american express, and dave said no, sadly, but we do take discover, and john hodgman says, you're dead to me
