I'd suggest Cloister Graveyard in the Snow It hasn't got a smoky component though. It's the mint and ozone in it that give it the bright coldness that you want.

Black Ice, from a previous year's Yule series, might be obtainable secondhand.

I'd say if you like that dead of winter quiet, midnight type smell, I love Magus and Midnight Mass. Also, Deathcap, while being a "green," for me smells like flowers under snow.

I had a very brief sniff of Nuclear Winter, and while that was ages ago, it was a really lovely, COLD, snow winter alone kinda scent for me. :)
