Decanting help?

I would really like to decant some of my bottles, but I don't know where I would shop to find imps. Anyone have any suggestions? And what would I buy in order to extract the scent from the bottle. Any advice would be much appreciated!

I get mine from pilotvials.com - they have imps and pipettes. :)
