PAIN

My back hurts SO much! I cannot believe i was stupid enough to trip on my own foot.I mean I didn't fall that far but i still fell like 10 steps.Luckily one of my bags cushioned my fall a little.Unfortunately it had books in it so it sort of hurt

Well, yes that would get reaaally annoying after awhile. Hm... Why not just unplug the phones in your house during the night?
