V10: SCHOOL
A part 2 for the discussion post. Because everyone's going to need to find this stuff and all.
Just a few things here (there will be another post following):
TEACHERS: If you want your character's parent to be a teacher, comment here (with their job title in the comment title so people can find it). It's first come first serve. After everyone's dibsed on character parents, etc, people can start making the rest? The home room teacher is created by the mods, so they're out.
Secondly, clubs. A basic discussion on what kinds of clubs we want in Neko School? Lol Football and track are a must.
Thirdly, the class - the consensus seems to be one class per year? If we're all good with that, that's how we can rollll.
Fourthly, uniforms. We have a choice of traditional Japanese and parochial, which are:
Winter:
Traditional Japanese: Full Prussian military uniforms (gakuran) for the boys (maybe with a black cap?), British Navy sailor suits for the girls. Long sleeves, thick fabric, dark colours.
Parochial: Blazer, long sleeved shirts, tailored trousers for boys. Blazer, blouse, tartan culottes for the girls. Again, dark colours. The blazer will have the school crest.
Summer:
Boys: Tailored trousers, short sleeved shirt (if Japanese - cap?).
Girls:
Traditional Japanese: British Navy style sailor suit. Short sleeves, light colours, thinner fabric.
Parochial: Short sleeved blouse, plaited skirt.
That's the basic style. There are variations in parochial (the blazer could be substituted for a sweater vest, sweater, pinafore for girls), and the colour is up to you guys. Shades of red and blue/navy are the most common. DISCUSS.
