theres a book version of the movie and a graphic novel as well. But as much as I love the 'verse I wouldn't consider it a great work of literature

I am a huge Python fan, and can recite both Sir Robin ballads by heart with my sister, along with the Camelot piece, but Serenity holds a special place in my heart that manages to surpass even the great Python. It tops LoTR and even the classic Star Wars!

I completely agree with you. There is something just so magical about Firefly that it's hard not to love it. If Monty had been up against anything else, I would have voted for it in a heart beat, but Firefly is just amazing.

(But is it sad that I kinda wanted it bto lose just so that we could all yell "it may have been the losing side, still not convinced it was the wrong one!"? Oh well, it's always nice when Firefly wins ^^)
