Noooo... I can't see my favorite series of all time that ran for 10 great seasons succumb to a 15-episode flop! Have you people even seen "Friends?" I mean, I totally tried to watch "Firefly," but it was so cheesy! "Friends" was original and fun, and its first couple of season were such a refreshing change from other series TV of the early 90s. It's a classic! It should win!

*sigh* Keep the votes coming but only for Friends! :D

I've watched both. FOX's cancelling of Firefly does not mean it's a bad show, and just because Friends ran for so many years does not mean it's good.

Granted, I liked the Friends ep with Jennifer Aniston dancing around naked, but still.

I know time doesn't make anything good or bad. After all, they still have that "Invasion" show on, and I thought "The Night Stalker" was much better. It really all comes down to the fan base and their dedication to speak out. I admire the "Firefly" fan base for their dedication, that's for certain. I couldn't get into it, but then maybe they couldn't get into "Friends" like I did, either... *shrug*

Coupling, the witty British television series upon which Friends was based, is far superior to the American version, IMHO.

I assume we're talking about television here, not real friends. They get the thumbs-up from me, even over Firefly. ;)

I never got onto the whole Serenity/Firefly bandwagon, but I've always loved Friends, so this was an easy vote. I'm sad to see Friends, a huge classic in our culture, go down for a cult classic, though.
