Here's a better quality image.
It was obviously written by Kim Jung Il's chef (notes to himself?), who is Japanese and back in Japan now. He is fluent in Korean and I assume he has no troubles writing, though I haven't studied enough Korean to be sure.
There doesn't seem to be anything missing from the translation:
