You see, mom decided to cut and paste verbatim what I wrote back to her on what I would say to my niece/sister. My niece responded: My mom did not say that and you know it.

Where are the police in this? A 13 year old girl on the roads? Illegal and dangerous to every other driver and pedestrian. I know you can't report it unless you witness it, but geez ...
