Okay....one CURIOUS question!

I ask you all a question:

Do you want me to rejoin Twitter?

Why? Because I missed the upcoming events on Twitter by the fursuit makers, the furry cons and others who posted on Twitter.

I thought Twitter is/was so annoying....

Seriously....

It pretty much depends on who you follow... I generally don't follow people on Twitter that I don't know AND can't see their tweets up front. A general "tweets/day" counter would be nice before I send a follow request. Because unlike other people, I actually read all those in my timeline. So if somebody throws out 100 tweets per day I try not to follow in the first place. Because "unfollowing" seems rude ;P

If your going to use it as a means to share your everyday fodder such as whether you used a royal pescal, Oneida, or plastic spoon to eat your bowl of ice cream or to keep up on gossip like what pair of shoes or stilettos that Paris Hilton chose to wear when she left her home then I would say no, but if your intent is to keep up on useful feeds so you can catch information like party postings at conventions then I would say yes.

It's sort of up to you. I'm pretty fussy about my twitter. I go with a protected account, since I tend to rant about my job from time to time. I'm open to adding new folks, but I usually do some searching first to make sure they don't post like 100 derp-type tweets a day before I add them.

Overall, I like it because it's not as demanding as an IM program, but I can still carry on near real time conversations with folks. It's also great for getting info on happenings around you. :)
