2) Talk to the teacher about it, be honest, hope for a break.
3) You can get into college, it may take an extra year at a Tech college or something but you are a smart guy and can pull it off if you set your mind to it, no matter what ok? Give it a shot.

consider a community college. you'll have the chance to raise your grades (which coincides with raising your GPA).
