So, I got a scale a couple months back that shows weight, body fat percentage, and hydration percentage. I know some men who would never touch soy milk because of the estrogen.. maybe try rice milk?

I haven't tried rice milk... I saw an add for it in the circular, and I was thinking about incorporating rice milk into dinner drink rotation of soy milk and milk. Is rice milk good?
