Diet Pop

So, I got a scale a couple months back that shows weight, body fat percentage, and hydration percentage. Well, I have been working hard to get the scale to tell me that I am within my ideal weight and body fat percentage ranges. Well, earlier this week I was finally there. Good for you!! How about some fruits/natural sugars instead of diving back into real pop?

I think you're right... I need to replace some of the calories with other sugars... I had some soy milk and the cravings decreased somewhat... perhaps i need to adjust to this as well... perhaps it is a "withdrawal symptom".

Bananas always do the trick with me.

I know some men who would never touch soy milk because of the estrogen.. maybe try rice milk?

I drink soy milk all the time... It's the aspartame that's effing with me.

I haven't tried rice milk... I saw an add for it in the circular, and I was thinking about incorporating rice milk into dinner drink rotation of soy milk and milk. Is rice milk good?

I JUST gave up regular soda. Diet tastes worse than I remember it but Cherry Coke Zero and Berries and Cream Diet Dr. Pepper taste like sugary soda. Amazing. Actually, Diet Faygo Cola is pretty awesome, too. Better than Diet Coke.
