Ok, so I've been applying for jobs.  I'm a college graduate, and I would consider myself to be an intelligent person.  One job I applied for online was supposed to send me a screening link for a job assessment.  That was more than a week ago, and still no link.  I've been emailing with their 'Customer Service' for the past week, and I honestly can'

Absolutely not. Intelligence is not determined by level of education. My bf did not attend college, and he is one of the smartest people I know. The intelligence reference was more that I thought the customer service people were not intelligent and treating me as if I was unintelligent. (I hope that makes sense :-) )
