Oh I can't wait for Diana to kick some serious ass!

You are the queen of cliffhangers.

Wonderfully done. I await the next part.

She is definitely going to kick some serious ass in the next chapter! :)

You are the queen of cliffhangers.

*adjusts her tiara* ;)

Wonderfully done. I await the next part.

Thank you kindly, Green Eyes! I doubt it'll be too long before the next chapter is up. :)

Diana will kill someone, methinks. Painfully. Or at least unman him.

I love delving into the core of Diana the Warrior as well as Peace-Bringer, so her Warrior blood is going to kick in during the next chapter, and with very good reason.

I like the setting of Goran as the thinking warrior and Galt as the brute.

I had Goran more savage and unthinking in the first draft and then he began developing into someone who's interested in other ways, though he's still the savage invader. But complexities like that fascinate me. :)

Glad for your comments, luv! :)

That ending? *shivers* Poor Steve. But I really enjoyed this exchange:

You act as her servant,” said Goran as he ate...

“I am her partner.”

“Are you wedded?”

Steve shook his head.

“The Amazons don’t approve?”

“We don’t need a piece of paper to love each other.”

*sigh* This is why Steve is perfectly suited for her. He just gets it! Nicely done!

Thank you, Catwoman! :)

Steve would like to be married, but he understands that Amazon ways are different and that they can still love each other.

In the Silver Age he was Lois Lane, always asking Diana to marry him, but that was kind of expected in those days. :)

Thank you for reading and commenting! :)

Meeep!!

Oh, interesting interactions between Steve and Goran, and learning more about the aliens!

“It’s not your precious Amazon bitch we want to ravage.”

Oh no!!!!! *huggles Steve* More soon?

I wanted to give them some personality. :)

I might be posting Chapter 3 tonight, not sure. :)

Steve certainly is going to need huggles. *sighs*

I find the differences and tensions between the G'darrans fascinating--how they have different factions and personalities within their group. It's always kind of difficult to keep alien races varied and diverse, and you do that really well with Galt and Goran.

And oh, Diana is so going to tear this place apart eventually...and I'll enjoy seeing it.

Thank you! I think it's easy to slip into the old saw that alien races are just uniform in race/religion/whatever so I try to diversity when I can. :)

Warrior Diana always fascinates me. :)
