Really, I should be used to things being strange and fucked up here, with how long I've been stuck in this place. It's almost gonna be year soon, I think.

It's good to hear Alphonse is home with you. It would be nice to know how he's doing... in the circumstances.

Yeah, thanks. He's recovered pretty good, but he's not as used to having no alchemy as I am. That, and Sasuke's disappearance is taking a really, really heavy toll on him... but we're managing, just like we always are.

It's really gotten much more advanced where I'm from, much more than than what alchemy seems to be in other worlds.

In a lot of others worlds, alchemy is just some dying, out-dated magic, or something.

In my world, it's a science.

...I'm guessing you don't know too much it?
