feeling alone is the most horrible feeling. If only things had turned out differently

TRUST me i kno the feeling of seeing a new light and calling. But mine made me more secluded, sumtimes that is wat it takes to find yourself, purge the enemies and save your freinds.

no that is not what i meant, dufus. I mean sometimes something happens that causes you to change yourself. sometimes you aren't realizing you are doing something that you otherwise wouldn't think you would do. It's like if your whole opinion about yourself changes all of a sudden because you weren't the person that you thought you were. It doesn't have to do anything with friends or saving yourself, it's just self realization.

People tend to run on icy roads. Since they've never fallen before they see no need to slow down and walk. Missing out on the few things we learn life gives us. When you try to run as fast as you can you tend to lose your balance a bit, but still nothing. It's the rush we're in that when you blink you go from a clear street to the light post in your way. It's then you remember what you were told would happen, and what did happen, you feel it. You look around to see where your friends are, it seems the rush has taken you away. The sun finally sets and the streets grow dark. You think to where you started and where you are now. Even though you hit that post as hard as you did, it seems that it still shined just for you. They say a light shines brightest in complete darkness, perhaps enough to walk home in. Even space pilots took time to lie on grassy plains and enjoy clouds pass by, after all it shouldn’t always be about the need to save the world but protecting who we are. In which case authors could still be named Anonymous even

That reminds me so much of catch-22. More so of the beginning of the book when Yossarian explains Dunbar's theory of a long lasting life. Have you read it?

Sad to say that i haven't, though it's on my list of books i must read before I die. I based the event on a scene in a movie i was watching. One of the main characters had been trained not to show emotion since he could remeber. Yet, in one scene they managed to capture his "simple" joy. Leaping over a fence and throwing himself onto the grass, he is at peace by his lonesome till a girl and her dog startled him. Viewer's can only get a small glimpse of a person's soul, if they want more they should take a picture.

Haha, it's interesting that i know exactly what movie you're talking about, or i think i do..The Endless Waltz..I have it on DVD. That is my favorite part of the movie actually, what amazed me most was the look of this character's face after he realized his mistake and saw the building come crashing down realizing that inside was that very same girl.
Did i guess right?
