Changes to all 3 communities

I just updated all 3 communities. Here's a outline of what I accomplished.
Posted in: rp_room, braille_talk and vi_place

• Updated the rules list on the user info page. New rule is now rule #1.
  
• Changed all 3 communities to have the same look and feel.
  
• Removed FAQ link.
  
• New Link is Post Topic (easier access) right under the Leave link.

The reason for the filter is that people need their privacy. If you're that shallow and want to see their journals and go that route then instead of just prying the filter from the url just add them to ur friends list. Make it easier on yourself.
