I'm sticking with my so-called plan as I stated at my blog.. I just hope I can keep this up for a long time. :)

B: 1/2 ham sandwich
L: Skyflakes and hot tea
D: (@ peri peri chicken) 1/2 plate of ceasar salad, 1/2 chicken burger, sugar free fat free scoop of ice cream
Dd: tall Caramel Affogato
E: total of 15 minute brisk walk.

hey renchie. i really dont have the need to eat when I'm alone. But when I'm with friends, it's a social thing, so I ended up sharing a meal with a friend last night. :) Usually I do eat a heavy lunch and try to avoid snacks at work, but yesterday my stomach wasn't well. thanks for the tips!
