Summary: Written for the Saiyuki Anon Kink Meme IV. Prompt was Gojyo/Hakkai, wall!sex, bondage with the chains of the shakujou. I wrote it as Hakkai/Gojyo instead, and made it rather more violent/dark than it probably needed to be, or anon wanted it to be - sorry!

Question (but not a nitpick, because I don't really care - smut doesn't need to follow all of the rules all of the time): IRL (such as it is) would Hakkai have been able to handle Gojyo's weapon (you know what I mean) or would it have vanished as soon as he wasn't holding it himself?

That is a really good question! I honestly never even thought about it that way! Does it ever get knocked out of his hands when he's fighting? I'm thinking that in the second part of the first anime (which is total filler anyway) it somehow gets snapped in half ... who knows how that makes sense, but ...

I'm going to pretend that Gojyo could've made it go poof any time he wanted, but didn't ;)

That works... and if anyone could somehow override the magic of the thing, it would be Hakkai. (I don't remember it getting snapped in half in the anime, but I think Ukoku just broke it in the manga... or was that nyoi-bo? Jedi says both, actually...)
