I live in the USA, but I live in California! Where maybe I can't smoke a joint on my porch or have a pipe on my person, but there are dispensaries just about every 15 feet. And it is certainly no big deal to get caught with anything.

Yes, small amounts and it was confiscated.

I'm in CA as well. There are plenty of cannabis clubs but you need to have a "medical condition" to be allowed in and that costs about $150. For us healthy/frugal folk, it's easy enough to find what you need as long as you know someone.

Attitude-wise people range from avid smokers to conservative. I definitely do not talk about this stuff openly as some people still form a negative opinion very quickly when they find out that someone smokes. Yet some people who you think would be this way totally enjoy smoking.

I live in the midwest. Wisconsin. The cops here will either ticket you, arrest you, or steal your shit and keep it for themselves. It varies on the officer and the city. There are some places you can get away with it more easily. It's kind of messed up/corrupt.
