So I finally did something that was good for my sanity and the amount of time I get to spend with people and the amount of time I get to relax and the amount of time I get to actually be partially a semblance of a whole and the amount of time I get to reflect on my homework instead of just spitting it out and hoping that some of the information ( Read more... )

That's exactly why I decided (long before I went down the drain in 136) that I wouldn't take the MATH 334/335/336 sequence. It's not a bunch of math that you would really want to rush (especially if you've never seen it before!), and it's not really all that applicable to what I want to do. Math can be fun to study for its own purposes (and I quite enjoy that!) but I don't think that it needs to be packed into a short time schedule.

This, of course, leaves the question: What are you taking instead of 334?

Math 324, CSE 321, EE215, orchestra

I'm only required to take Math 324 and Stat 390 to finish my math requirement. Needless to say, Math 324 shouldn't take too much effort. (knock on wood)
