So someone stole my debit card information and, over the weekend, made a couple purchases in Shanghai before Visa called 'Shenanigans' and shut down my card. How'd they get my info? Who knows. Apparently I could be following all sorts of financial best practices, which I'm pretty sure I am, and the 'bad guys' can still get my info and rob me.
