Less Than Meets The Eye!

Transformers, Michael Bay's abomination of a movie, was utter crap.  There's more I could say about it, but it wasn't even worth the words I've devoted to it in this post.

I liked the parts where the army was shootin' shit up.

I don't know why they keep letting Michael Bay direct movies, though.

The important part of that comment to pay attention to, though, is "what does it say about a movie about giant robots when someone thinks the coolest part is humans shooting stuff with modern technology?"

I liked it. Mostly because it was kind of funny.
But Brian hated it. he thought it was horrible as well.

I think it depends on how well you liked/remember the cartoons.

Curt and his truck buddy Marty pointed out how all the bad guys were Fords and all the good guys were Chevys. My husband, the Ford hater of the universe--we speak in low tones when we are around the family mercury--thought that was just about the way it should be. Although, in his true and all knowing car opinion, belives that the real heros should have been the Dodge/Chrysler line; however, he did bring up that the real classy cars wouldn't have gotten into the war in the first place. That said, the movie was as it should be. Me, I saw the movie for what it was. Cars that turned into robots and blew up stuff. Go figure.
