I am SO PLEASED with the Oscar nominations this year. I haven't seen Dreamgirls and I don't want to. It got a lot of nominations but nothing big so who cares. There are a lot of movies on there that I've wanted to see but haven't so I might sign up for netflix (I've been meaning to anyway) and order some of the ones I missed before the Academy

I really would have liked to see Michael Caine get a Best Supporting Actor nom for Children of Men. However, I kind of figured that wasn't going to happen. Also, I think Best Supporting Actress is going to be either Abigail Breslin or Jennifer Hudson. I'll have more ideas later.

Go see Children of Men if you haven't. It's excellent (sad, but excellent.)
