While I was there, I started getting the idea to write a bunch of short comics filled with violence, sex, entertaining stories, and nice art, all 3-4 pages long, and getting a bunch of artists to illustrate it! There is NOTHING wrong with free market enterprise and healthy competition. I see someone else's product out there and the only thing that makes me do is try harder to offer a superior alternative.

That's why I just financed an expansion of my balls. Had to take out a second mortgage for ball development, but this is a buyer's market, so who cares? 8D

Uh, I am fairly certain you can do that no problem, I think the concept of "illustrated collaborative storybooks for sale" wasn't invented by Dreamous or anyone else in the fandom. There are these guys, I think they're called "Marvel" or somesuch, and they do that for a pretty long time now. Probably even longer than Dreamous. I'm even going to be as adventurous as to say that even those didn't invent the concept. Might be wrong, though.

The short: Just do it, they don't own the concept. :P And if anyone complains they probably have a problem with distorted reality.

Oh, I didnt mean to make it sound like he invented it or anything! I just know that right now, he seems to be the 'popular' one with it, and I've been around enough furries at cons now to get an inkling of how things might be reacted upon.

Wait. You think there could be some drama in the furry community? Why would you think that? :P
I think it is a good idea and like Dreamous said, as long as you do not take artists away from him, all is well. I would hate to see all artists stop drawing dragons because one person did it first...

You do see all the furry based comics out there, no? =p What's the big deal about having more dragon comics?

Been kinda toying with the idea myself with Raitsh and some German artists to do a themed comic book but I'm keeping it under wraps for now.

I dont actually see many! It seems like for every 500 artists, there is one comic. Lacking, lacking, lacking! @.@

We'll have to fix that!
