I ran the damloop (10 miles) in Amsterdam today, with some colleagues from work. It's 10 miles, and I finished in 1h49m. Average speed was 8.9km/h. Below average, but I walked for about 2km ( Read more... )

It is to bad that I missed it. Next year I will either run myself or I will be there to cheer people onward.
