Breathing & Sherlock

There is much good to be said for  being able to breathe without pain.   Starting on the drive down to my mom's last Tuesday I got a pain in my chest...not heart-attack kind of pain, but more pulled muscle or pleurisy type pain.   Not all the time, but consistent enough that I was taking little huffing breaths rather than the nice deep expand your ( Read more... )

I've had those awful spasms where I have to breathe sort of up-and-down instead of in-and-out. Yuck! My sympathies.

Call me sometime and tell me about this sleep test thing. I would love a full night's sleep!

I will! My Neurologist (sigh, I have a neurologist now) said that it's a lot like putting a baby to sleep; setting up routines, not eating 3 hours before bedtime. He's also thinking sleep apnea is part of the problem,apparently I had funky jiggles and stopped breathing during my EEG.

Thanks! It was wonderful, Benedict Cumberbatch was Amazing as Holmes, and I loved watching him and Dr. Watson interact. Supporting cast was awesome, too!!
