I have to second Art Addictions. I've had one tattoo and one tongue piercing there. My brother has has multiple tattoo's there and my mother just got her first there too.

if you decide to go cheaper cost wize go to Body & Soul - but if you arent too picky on price definatly art addictions.

Body & Soul usually charges alot cheaper - but the quallity of work is definatly noted.
