Good for you...lol..I was gonna rag on you if you didnt. Its ok, I think the day off gave my skin that glow that only a bed of flourescent bulbs can provide. I must have needed a non bake day. What do you do when you work out?

well i haven't tanned since valentines and i was looking very pasty...i wasn't going to start going till april but i couldn't wait any longer. i'm going to buy a big package to get ready for Vegas...I want to be super dark.
Working out wise I do a kickboxing program that I learned with pushups and sit ups...then on every other night I use my stationary bike thing and do 30 minutes on it and then I do weights and I use the exercise ball as well. I don't do gyms. I've noticed a MAJOR differnce in my ass and thighs since I started doing the kickboxing again.

I took about 8 months off the tanning thing...I figured my skin will thank me when I dont look like an aligator when im 50. But, just like you, vegas motivated me to look my very best.

Kickboxing sounds great..do you take a class, do a video? I hate gyms too, fortunatly enough for me the gym in my apartment is usually empty..cant have all those old men checkin out my ass!lol...keep up the good work.

If you are looking to get bigger and more importantly more defined, pain is the name of the game. Try to pick one or two (antagonist and protagonist) muscles per day. I.E. Biceps and triceps, quads and hams, or abs and back extensors. Work these muscles to fatigue and when you feel like you can't do anymore do 2-4 more reps. This will hurt like a bitch, but those last few reps do more than the 20-50 before. Also try to alternate between cardio and working out and have atleast one day a week when you do both. Also alternating exercises will help you break plateaus such as pyramid set or max outs. Anyways thats all from me for now. ttyl Peace

i see u asked for help in working out, maybe u should ask me, the strongest of all barringtons. who does not work out, yet maintains his throne? hmmmmm what is my secret.
